  Overall, a very positive rental experience. Check-in (and check-out) went smoothly. The view is unbeatable and property is tranquil. We walked to Ala Moana and Waikiki, and enjoyed the pool on site. The building staff were friendly.
  
  Would recommend the following modifications for a more comfortable stay: 1. A new rice cooker (a previous guest had put the inner pot into the dishwasher, which ruined the nonstick coating); 2. A proper can opener; 3. Better furniture & configuration--the dining table, chairs, and sectional sofa don't fit well in the space; and 4. Add a couple of lamps in the living room.
  
  We would rent here again despite those minor quibbles. The rental agency is top-notch, and so is the apartment.

  The Watermark Condo location was ideal for my family. The Ala Moana Mall and beach access were all less than 10 minutes walk. The best decision made was to select a higher floor (we stayed on the 35th) for the awesome ocean view. The property was passed to us cleaned and well-maintained.

  The condo is in a very convenient area and it is also walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
